Planning a trip for 8 to 16 guys is a part-time job: chasing tee times, vetting lodging, wrangling everyone's money and opinions, and getting blamed when something's off. We handle all of it, we buy at partner rates a crew can't get on its own, and we handle problems during the trip. You skip the headache and just play.

One package price per head, locked before your crew has to commit. You tell us dates, headcount and how much golf; we come back with the real number inside 48 hours. And yes, we make money on the trip. That's what pays for building the trip, holding the tee times, and running the money so nobody in your crew chases anybody. What you won't get is a fee bolted on at the end or a spreadsheet to audit.

Yes, and here's exactly how. You pay us one price for the package; we pay the courses and the hotel. Your money sits in a dedicated customer account until the trip is delivered, every confirmation is forwarded to your organizer as it lands, and you accept our written terms before any payment link goes out. You'll know exactly who's charging what before you pay a dollar.

Nobody fronts the trip. A deposit of about a quarter per man locks it in, the balance lands 45 days before you travel, and we can send individual payment links so each guy covers his own share. Deposits are non-refundable once the price locks, but they're transferable: if a man drops, his replacement takes over the seat. No spreadsheet, nobody chasing eleven Venmos, no surprise invoice.

Your crew's invite link turns into the Day Sheet. Every morning it shows the tee time, where tonight is, and tomorrow's alarm, with the whole week one scroll away. Nobody digs through the chat for a pinned message from Tuesday, and nobody has to ask the organizer anything.

The crew's money games, on the same link. Log a bet before the shot, the whole crew sees it, and a slip only settles when the loser taps to confirm. At trip's end you get one sheet of who owes who. We never touch the money and we never referee.

Two flavors. Kits (the Tournament Kit, the Trophy, the Stocked House) are ours and fold into your package price. Experiences like the Boat Day we book and hold in your crew's name, and you settle those directly with the operator. Dinners and nights out stay yours to run: the Day Sheet keeps the whole crew pointed at the same spot, but we don't book restaurants and we won't pretend to cap a bar tab.

We know. Kevin has a thing. More than 45 days out we simply re-price the trip for the smaller crew. Closer in, rooms are booked by the room and tee times by the slot, so his share generally stays with the trip; we release what we can and refund whatever we recover. Either way, sorting the logistics is on us, not on you.

That's exactly what the on-call concierge is for. Tee time moved, course flooded, room mix-up. Text us and we fix it while you're still at breakfast. Refunds for a cancelled round come from the course under their own policy, but you're not the one making ten phone calls to rebook. That's our job.

We build trips for crews of 4 to 24. Under 4, it's just a tee time. Over 24, that's a tour event and we should probably talk on the phone first.

Absolutely not. We've sent out scratch golfers and guys whose clubs still had the plastic on. Every destination has cruiser courses for the casual crowd and stout ones for whoever won't stop talking about their handicap.

Of course. Plenty of crews bring guys who skip the rounds and run the cooler. Lodging and extras price the same; they just don't pay for rounds they don't play.

Built for it. The builder has a groom-rides-free option that spreads his share across the paying crew, so nobody has to run a side collection. The Wild Card is where you name the thing that makes the weekend: a chef takeover, a boat day, a surprise for the groom. We keep the golf sharp and stay out of the way at night, within reason and local ordinances.
